Booking Agreement

By completing a booking, you agree to the following:

Deposit

A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due on or before the shoot date unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation

Cancellations within 48 hours of the shoot date will incur the full invoice amount. Cancellations with more than 7 days notice will forfeit the deposit only.

On The Day

Please ensure the shoot location is accessible and ready at the agreed time.
Any delays caused by the client may reduce the shoot time available.
Apex Studio is not responsible for weather conditions — rescheduling due to weather is handled case-by-case.

Deliverables

Edited photos/videos are delivered within the agreed timeframe after the shoot.
You will have the opportunity to request minor revisions.
Final files are delivered via your client portal or WeTransfer link.

Usage Rights

Upon full payment, you receive full commercial usage rights for all delivered content. Apex Studio retains the right to use content in its portfolio and marketing materials.
