Terms of Service

1. Services

Apex Studio provides photography, videography, and content creation services in South Africa. By booking our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings & Deposits

• All bookings require a 30% non-refundable deposit to secure the date.
• Bookings are confirmed only once the deposit is received.
• Apex Studio reserves the right to decline any booking.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the shoot: deposit forfeited, no further charge.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the shoot: full invoice amount is due.
• Rescheduling (more than 7 days notice): one free reschedule, subject to availability.
• Rescheduling within 48 hours: treated as a cancellation.

4. Deliverables & Usage Rights

• Final files are delivered within the agreed timeframe after full payment.
• Client receives full commercial usage rights for all delivered content.
• Apex Studio retains the right to use content in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Raw unedited files are not included unless specifically agreed.

5. Payment

Remaining balance is due within 7 days of file delivery. Overdue accounts accrue interest at 2% per month. Apex Studio retains copyright of all content until payment is received in full.

6. Liability

Apex Studio's liability is limited to the total value of the project. We are not liable for indirect losses, missed marketing opportunities, or equipment failures beyond our control.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
